By being part of Social Capital, from being a member to participating in community activities even without being one, or using any services provided through this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

Social Capital creates opportunities for communications, marketing and advertising professionals to meet, exchange and find inspiration through experiences with other members. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

• Not spam, advertise, or promote commercial activities without authorisation

• Engage in behaviors that negatively affect the experience of other members, such as harassment, bullying, threatening behaviour, using illegal items during activities, being exposed by illegal items during activities, or being harmful, disrespectful, or otherwise disruptive to participants during the experience
• Violate any applicable Belgian and EU laws or regulations
• Use our services for any unauthorised or fraudulent activities
• Disrupt or attempt to disrupt the operation of our website

All prices are listed in EUR.

Payments must be made via the methods specified on our website. Full payment is required prior to the delivery of activities. Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy.

To the extent permitted by Belgian and EU law, Social Capital and its co-founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
